Should I use a waist-cincher style corset with a girdle? - do waist girdles work
The waist cincher can sneak a bump that makes my hips more. I thought with a pantie girdle around my waist and butt, then in control cincher than the size. Good idea?

It is certainly a good idea if you bump or hips are also a cause for concern. If your hips are not really a problem, use either a cincher (to avoid encounter sub-) or AA cincher shorter (just to let you know exactly where you need it. They often seem large belt.) However, I recommend, if You do not have much experience in managing so many things that you ... said ... a shop where they sell cheaper RCA and try several to see which feels better!
