How Do I get my cubase 4 to record my AKG perception 120 microphone? I've tried so many things!? - akg m

I do not know why it did not work. Everythings connected to the track and I hear myself speak into the microphone headset thinking (both for the audiogram 3 related) but not recording my voice!
